Well, looks like we will be seeing the launch of world’s very first Chrome OS-powered netbook or tablet. There’s no official word on what this device is other than that it runs Chrome OS.
We figure that it would run some kind of multi-touch although it might also be just regular netbook/laptop.
I’ve tried Chrome OS every often and then but I don’t know if I am rather surprised by its performance yet as you need to be connected to the internet constantly.
But, then again, I can’t think of using a computer/laptop/smartphone when there was no internet access other than when I am in the elevator or my ISP has connectivity problems.
Anyways, it will be exciting for people who attend Taipai’s Computex 2010 this year, where Acer will be showing off their new Chrome device.
